My ID2 project is in full swing!
So start checking in more often! I have finally developed a final floor plan :) as soon as a scanner is free, ill scan in my final pen and pencil copy, including furniture and some sketches. This will have to do for now.
Rooms: [from bottom door] Entry into Living Area, through to the Kitchen on the far left, and dining to your right. Through the opening, your bathroom is on the bottom [next to the entry foyer] including a utility closet, room for ADA wheelchair access, and a small linen closet. Bottom right corner is the Master Bedroom with niche for a set of drawers and 3 sliding closet doors. At the top right of the plan is the artist studio, with custom Cabinetry on the south wall. Lighting plan, summarizing where each of my pendant, track, and recessed lighting will be placed. The dotted lines signify which switches control what string of lights.
Top: Custom studio storage unit. Primarily designed to store canvas materials, brushes, the utility sink, and other art supplies.
Bottom: Closet doors, and a little peek into the closet layout for the master bedroom. [still sketching closet door concepts]
Ok. It's been a long few days, and now that this is done, im off to get some SERIOUS sleep.
